Kristen is a clinical audiologist certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1998. She went on to obtain her Master of Science degree from Bloomsburg University in 2000. Her clinical fellowship year was split between Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and otolaryngology private practice.
Before joining a large ENT practice in Pittsburgh where she worked clinically for years, Kristen worked for a leading hearing aid manufacturer in sales and training for a decade. She helped train other audiologists in the field of audiology, specifically in hearing aid selection and fittings.
Additionally, she is able to provide help to patients with difficult to fit hearing losses.
Kristen is also trained to help with tinnitus management and helping patients cope with tinnitus through amplification. She is licensed through the state of Pennsylvania and continues to further her education by attending conferences and staying up to date on hearing aid technology, diagnostics, tinnitus management, and fitting strategies.
